Welcome to BucksWave (accessible at buckswave.com). By registering an account, accessing, or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, do not create an account or use the platform.
Eligibility and Account Creation
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age, or at least 13 years of age with verified consent from a parent or legal guardian, to create an account.
One Account Policy: Each user is permitted exactly one account. Creating multiple accounts per person, household, or device is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all accumulated balances.
Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and payment processing.
Prohibited Activities and Anti-Fraud Policy
To protect our advertising partners and legitimate users, BucksWave maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding fraud. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in an immediate permanent ban and total balance forfeiture:
VPNs and Proxies: Using Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), residential/datacenter proxies, Tor, or any software designed to spoof, mask, or manipulate your geographic location or IP address.
Automation and Bots: Using bots, scripts, macros, auto-clickers, emulators (e.g., BlueStacks, Nox), or automated software to complete tasks or browse the site.
False Completions: Submitting fake information, fraudulent credit card details, or disposable temporary emails on third-party offers.
Exploitation: Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities within BucksWave or integrated third-party offerwalls.
Earnings, Points, and Offerwalls
Nature of Points: BucksWave rewards users with virtual currency/points (Bucks or Coins). These points possess no monetary value outside the BucksWave ecosystem until successfully redeemed through authorized payout channels.
Third-Party Networks: Offers, surveys, app installations, and videos are provided and verified independently by third-party offerwalls and ad networks. BucksWave does not guarantee the availability, tracking accuracy, or payout confirmation of third-party offers.
Reversals and Chargebacks: If an advertiser or offerwall network flags an offer completion as fraudulent, invalid, or duplicate, the points credited for that offer will be deducted from your account. If your account balance becomes negative due to reversals, you will not be eligible for payouts until the balance is restored.
Payouts and Withdrawals
Minimum Threshold: Withdrawals can only be requested once your account meets the minimum points threshold displayed in the rewards store.
Processing Times: Payout requests are subject to internal anti-fraud review and typically process within 24 to 72 business hours.
Security Holds: High-value payouts, new user payouts, or points earned from high-tier offers may be subject to a security hold of up to 30 days to clear advertiser validation periods.
Identity Verification (KYC): BucksWave reserves the right to request proof of identification (including government ID or phone verification) before approving withdrawal requests to prevent fraud and money laundering.
Payment Fees: Any third-party transaction fees (e.g., blockchain network gas fees, payment processor handling fees) will be deducted from the total payout amount where applicable.
Referral Program
Users may earn commissions by referring legitimate, active new members using their unique referral link.
Self-referral, paying users to register under your link via micro-task sites, or generating fake referral accounts will result in permanent disqualification from the referral program and account termination.
Account Suspension and Termination
BucksWave reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, limit, or terminate any user account without prior notice if we detect suspicious activity, violations of these Terms of Service, or at the explicit request of our advertising partners. Terminated accounts forfeit all pending and approved points.
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
BucksWave is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind. BucksWave shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, service interruptions, server downtime, or loss of earnings.
